For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. In order to deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost, payment is due at the time service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. At the time of your consultation we will attempt to provide you with an estimate of the cost of your surgical procedure and call to estimate your insurance coverage. Any estimated difference between the surgical fee and your what your insurance will cover will be due at the time of surgery. Arrangements for a monthly payment plan are handled through CareCredit® but this must be implemented prior to the actual procedure.

Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage. After we assist in submitting your insurance claim, most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Any overpayments will be promptly refunded.
